Standard
Trainer

Standard Trainers have basic certifications and are well-equipped to guide beginners or individuals with general fitness goals.

Pricing is based on the number of sessions week and includes 2 people.

Elite
Trainer

Advanced trainees with more complex needs benefit from the sophisticated training techniques and intense hands-on approach that comes from working with an Elite Trainer.

Pricing is based on the number of sessions week and includes 2 people..

$800+hst per month ($100/session/person)

$1440+hst per month ($90/session/person)

  • In home personal training is available in Stouffville, Uxbridge and Port Perry. Whether you have a fully outfitted in-home gym or just a few square feet of space, we will create a completely customized program for you and your goals.

    You can see a map of our service area here. If you are looking for training outside of this area, please contact us to discuss pricing.

  • You don’t need a full home gym to get great results from home. All you need is a few feet of space. We’ll take care of everything else. Your trainer will come right to your door, equipped with everything you need for a great workout.

    If you do have a home gym, or even a few pieces of equipment it will give you more options are variety that can be added to your program. Many of our clients start with a small space, a yoga mat, and a few dumbbells but end up building out their gym over time as they fall in love with fitness and learn more about the type of equipment they need.

  • As long as you are within our service area, pricing is the same for in home and gym sessions. If you are outside of our service area and looking for in home training, please contact us for pricing.

  • We offer in-gym training out of Toronto and Stouffville.

    Our Toronto location is in Leslieville at Fortis Fitness at Carlaw and Lakeshore, making it easily accessible by TTC. Fortis Fitness is one of the best outfitted gyms in Toronto and is known for its frequent celebrity visits and incredible equipment.

    In Stouffville, Best Personal Trainer operates out of Functional Strength and Therapy. This incredible gym in Stouffville offers a large turf to move around and equipment that helps clients develop functional strength and mobility. With a team of chiropractors, RMTs and physiotherapists on-site it’s a one-top shop for all of your movement and fitness need.

  • Each package with Best Personal Trainer includes:

    #1 - A custom workout program based on your experience and goals

    #3 - Daily support and check-ins

    #4 - 1, 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week in your home or at one of our gym locations.

    Training is geared around building athletic performance as well as aesthetic improvements so that you feel good and look even better. Sessions are always 1 hour long and are designed to challenge you mentally and physically. Come ready to sweat and always bring a water bottle.

    We’ll also work together to create a nutrition plan that fits into your life and gets you’re the results you want. You will learn about the nutritional makeup of food, how to keep track of what you’re eating, and how to manipulate it to lose fat, gain muscle, and improve how you feel. Whether you want to sleep better, improve your mood, or change how you look—we can make it happen!

    We offer programs for individuals or for training partners.

  • Best Personal Trainer offers two different levels of personal trainers to cater to different needs. Standard Trainers have basic certifications and fewer years of experience. They are well-equipped to guide beginners or individuals with general fitness goals and work closely with our Elite Trainer to plan programming and ensure each client gets a world class experience.

    Our Elite Trainer, Chris Greg Brown, brings over 15 years of training experience and has a long track record of working with top athletes to prepare them for competition and for producing outstanding body transformations. Advanced trainees with more complex needs benefit from his sophisticated training techniques and intense hands-on approach.

  • Best Personal Trainer clients start to move better, feel better, and look better—even within their first few weeks. Some clients are looking to rehab injuries or have more energy for their families. Others have had massive transformations.

  • Your coach will touch base with you multiple times per week outside of your training sessions to provide ongoing support and motivation. By staying in touch, your coach will help keep you motivated and on track with your fitness goals.

    This can be especially important for clients who are trying to make lifestyle changes or who may be struggling to stay motivated on their own. It also lets your trainer monitor progress and make adjustments to your workout and nutrition plans as needed. This can help ensure that clients are continually making progress and getting the most out of their training. Finally, checking in outside of sessions can also help you and your coach build a stronger relationship to foster a sense of accountability and commitment to achieving your goals.

  • All prices are for 4-week packages and there is no commitment beyond that. Come train because you want to, not because you're locked in.

    That said, most clients get the best results with 12+ weeks of training.

  • Best Personal Trainer offers customized workout propgrams and nutrition support completley designed around you. If you’re looking to avoid crowded gyms and get a bespoke experience, then Best Personal Trainer could be a good fit.
